Overview
> Connect AI agents to Postiz using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI agents interact with Postiz directly, listing integrations, scheduling posts, generating images and videos, all through a standardized tool-calling interface. This means you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client to your Postiz account and manage your social media through natural language. Postiz exposes an MCP server that provides 11 tools to AI agents. The agent discovers these tools, understands their schemas, and calls them on your behalf.

Capabilities
- List connected accounts
Ask your assistant to call `integrationList` to see all connected social media accounts, optionally filtered by group.
- Get platform posting rules
Use `integrationSchema` to retrieve platform-specific character limits and settings before scheduling.
- Schedule or draft posts
Use `schedulePostTool` to schedule, draft, or immediately publish posts on connected platforms.
- List scheduled posts
Call `postsListTool` to see posts scheduled between two dates with their current settings.
- Update post settings
Use `postSettingsTool` to modify provider settings of a scheduled post or draft that hasn't been published.
- Generate AI media
Use `generateImageTool` or `generateVideoTool` to create images and videos for your posts.
